Sizing Guide

Our garments are available in standard sizes, with an individual size guide provided on each product page. Please refer to the size guide for the specific garment before placing your order, as measurements may vary depending on the design and fit.

Custom Sizing

Custom sizing is available on selected pieces. If you would like a garment made to your measurements, please select the custom sizing option where available and provide the requested measurements accurately.

For custom sizing, please follow our measurement instructions and clearly indicate whether the measurements provided are body measurements or garment measurements.

Please note that custom sizing does not guarantee a perfect fit and is subject to our standard measurement tolerance. For full details, please refer to our Custom, Made-to-Measure Orders & Sizing policy below.

Custom, Made-to-Measure Orders & Sizing

Custom and made-to-measure pieces are made specifically for you and are therefore final sale. They cannot be returned, exchanged, cancelled or refunded once production has begun.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and clearly specifying whether they are body or garment measurements.

For body measurements, we add the appropriate ease based on the garment's design and intended fit. The finished garment measurements will therefore differ from the body measurements provided.

For garment measurements, the piece will be made to the measurements provided, subject to our standard production tolerance.

Any specific fit preferences or alterations must be communicated when placing the order.

Once measurements and order details are confirmed and production has begun, changes cannot be guaranteed.

We are not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete measurements, changes in measurements, or incorrect measurement information.

Measurement Disclaimer

Due to the individual cutting, stitching and finishing of each garment, a natural variation of approximately 0.5–1 inch may occur in finished measurements. This applies to both custom and standard sizing and is considered an acceptable production tolerance, not a defect.

Minor variations in stitching, colour, texture, placement and finishing may also occur due to the handmade nature of our garments and the characteristics of natural fabrics.

Custom orders will only qualify for review where the finished garment falls outside the stated tolerance or differs materially from the confirmed order details. Any concerns must be reported within the timeframe stated in our exchange policy, with photographs and garment measurements for assessment.
