Return & Exchange Policy

Each piece is crafted with care in small batches. Because of the limited and exclusive nature of our collections, we do not offer returns. We do, however, allow exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

Not sure about your size?

We strongly recommend reaching out to us before placing your order if you are unsure about sizing. Our team is happy to guide you to the right fit. We also offer custom sizing on select styles — just get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Domestic Orders (Pakistan)

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Replacement shipping is covered by us.

If your requested size or colour is out of stock, we will issue a store credit for future use.

International Orders

International sales are final.

We review return and exchange requests on a case-by-case basis — please email us at ishq@ishqeamore.com with your order number within 3 days of delivery.

For customers in the US, we offer both returns and exchanges.

How to Request an Exchange

Email us at ishq@ishqeamore.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to exchange.

Once approved, we will send you instructions on how to ship the item back. Please do not send anything before receiving approval.

Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be processed. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Custom, Made-to-Measure Orders & Sizing

Custom and made-to-measure pieces are made specifically for you and are therefore final sale. They cannot be returned, exchanged, cancelled or refunded once production has begun.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and clearly specifying whether they are body or garment measurements.

For body measurements, we add the appropriate ease based on the garment’s design and intended fit. The finished garment measurements will therefore differ from the body measurements provided.

For garment measurements, the piece will be made to the measurements provided, subject to our standard production tolerance.

Any specific fit preferences or alterations must be communicated when placing the order.

Once measurements and details are confirmed and production has begun, changes cannot be guaranteed.

We are not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete measurements, changes in measurements, or incorrect measurement information.

Measurement Disclaimer

Due to the individual cutting, stitching and finishing of each garment, a natural variation of approximately 0.5–1 inch may occur in finished measurements. This applies to both custom and standard sizing and is considered an acceptable production tolerance, not a defect.

Minor variations in stitching, colour, texture, placement and finishing may also occur due to the handmade nature of our garments and the characteristics of natural fabrics.

Custom orders will only qualify for review where the finished garment falls outside the stated tolerance or differs materially from the confirmed order details. Any concerns must be reported within the timeframe stated in our exchange policy, with photographs and garment measurements for assessment.
