Return & Exchange Policy

At ISHQ-E AMORe, each piece is crafted with care in small batches. Because of the limited and exclusive nature of our collections, we do not offer returns at this time. We do, however, allow exchanges under the conditions below.

Domestic Orders (Pakistan)

  • Exchanges only may be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; replacement shipping will be covered by us.
  • If your requested size or color is out of stock, we’ll issue a store credit.
  • No returns are offered at this time


International Orders

  • At this stage, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges on international orders.
  • All international sales are final.
  •  Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.


Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • We do not accept exchanges for items that show signs of wear, alterations, or damage.


How to Exchange

  1. Email us at ishqeamore@gmail.com, ishq@ishqeamore.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to exchange.
  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
  3. Shipping costs for returning the item are the customer’s responsibility.


Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.


Important Notes

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue you a store credit valid for future purchases.
