Return & Exchange Policy

Each piece is crafted with care in small batches. Because of the limited and exclusive nature of our collections, we do not offer returns. We do, however, allow exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

We strongly recommend reaching out to us before placing your order if you are unsure about sizing. Our team is happy to guide you to the right fit. We also offer custom sizing on select styles — just get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Domestic Orders (Pakistan)

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Replacement shipping is covered by us.
  • If your requested size or colour is out of stock, we will issue a store credit for future use.

 

International Orders

  • We are currently unable to accommodate returns or exchanges on international orders.
  • All international sales are final.
  • Customs duties and taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • We do not accept exchanges for items that show signs of wear, alterations, or damage.
  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-exchangeable.

 

 

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us at ishqeamore@gmail.com or ishq@ishqeamore.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to exchange.
  2. Once approved, we will send you instructions on how to ship the item back. Please do not send anything before receiving approval.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be processed. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
